The service

Talk With Jesus provides live, AI-generated voice conversations and written reflective content. It is an AI companion — not Jesus, revelation, clergy, therapy, medical advice, or crisis care — and you agree not to rely on it as any of those. See the AI disclosure and safety page, which are part of these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use the service and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a subscription. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions, trial, and cancellation

Premium costs $14.99 per month and includes 300 minutes of voice conversation per month in sessions of up to 15 minutes. Annual plans are no longer sold; if you subscribed to a legacy annual plan, it continues through the end of your paid term with the same monthly voice allowance. New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial with 60 total trial minutes; one trial per person, ever. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal — cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unused minutes do not roll over. If you believe a charge is mistaken, contact us before disputing it and we will make it right.

Fair and acceptable use

Session and monthly limits exist because live AI voice has a real per-minute cost; attempting to evade metering, resell access, share accounts, scrape or record the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to generate abuse or unlawful content may result in suspension. One voice session may be active per account at a time.

AI output

Responses are generated by a machine-learning model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or theologically imperfect. Nothing the companion says creates advice, a professional relationship, or any promise on our behalf. Scripture quotations in our written guides are cited; verify anything that matters in a real Bible and with real people you trust.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that date is acceptance. Questions belong on the contact page.
